You can make this bag any size you like. You first stitch and sew together your lace into one piece and then cut your fabric based on this size. So there is one main piece and no gussets! You can arrange the pieces vertically as shown or horizontally to make different sizes. You get full instructions to create the bag, the beaded handle, the checkbook cover and zippered bag. The lace pieces can also be used for many other projects like place mats and even tablecloths. They are perfect for tone on tone work. They stitch out quite firm but with a flexible background with a homespun look. Two sizes of lace edging with corners are included so you can customize your projects. The bag shown uses the medium size designs and the finished size is 14.25" wide and 10.5 inches high to the top of the lace border.
