QIH Crazy Quilt Hobo Bag

A Quilt in the Hoop bag you can do in so many different fabrics and colors! I've stitched the small on cream colored antique satin and used shades of brown. The medium size below is made from scraps of silks with a dupioni handle and matching lining and multi colored threads. The color charts contain both color ways to get you started. You will receive full instructions with plenty of pictures and also a full size pattern to make an optional lining with pockets. You can make the back of your bag the same as the front, or use the instructions to make a plain fabric back. The small bag is 8.7"x9.9", the medium 12.2"x14" and the large 14.5" x16.5".

These are great bags to make for yourself and excellent make ahead Christmas presents! Do them in your family and friend's favorite colors. You can use regular thread, mix it with metallic thread and even embellish the bag with crystals, beads, buttons and bows as I've done to the large bag below.
