Window - Naughty or Nice

Santa looks so hard at work! This would make a great picture for a child's room to help them to remember to be *nice* so Santa will include them in his list. The top 4 squares could also be used to make a Christmas tote. Or I can see him being hung from the mantle among the stockings. The lettering at the bottom stitches last so you can choose whether or not to include it.
The medium size, shown below is 10x15 inches and the large would be 12x18 inches and the small would be 8x12 inches without borders.
