A Mosaic - Peace

Fred's Mosaic started out as just a picture, but with the addition of optional border designs becomes so much more! You can of course frame the designs as shown below and I think they are perfect for a tote bag. A lot of you have asked me for windows designs that would fit on purses and bags. This one is just the right size. I also think it would appeal to many of the younger set with it's tone of both peace and energy.
You receive two versions of the border designs - one with and one without a satin stitch border. The satin stitched borders can be put together just by a zig zag stitch. The one without the full border can be seamed together as I did below.
Fred chose to stitch this set on black cotton fabric, but a change of fabric color will create an entirely different look. Some options would be white; pale blue, pink or lavender; aqua, lime green - you choose the look you want!
