Paisley is always popular and Appliqué makes it even more fun! The picture below shows how many different ways you can stitch these designs. Many of them can be used without a fabric patch in either one color or several colors. You can also vary them by using different kinds of fabric - brocades, cottons, lace and even fabric you make yourself from Angelina fibers. You will get full instructions for creating the appliqué designs and also for creating your Angelina Fiber fabric. These fibers are so fast and so much fun to work with! They can be trimmed just as regular fabric like I did for the feather design below or left wispy as in the big picture. These designs would be great going up the leg of a pair of jeans, or dot the smaller ones all over a jacket. They stitch up so quickly, it's easy to use a lot of them for one project. Or put a few with the Angelina fibers on a tote bag. You can also add beads or crystals to any of the designs.
