Japanese Miniatures

It's hard to think of Japan without thinking of dolls. Fred has named these Miniatures because so many Japanese dolls go way beyond our idea of a doll. Between the expressions on their faces and the beautiful detail on their robes, these designs would be perfect to include in any oriental project - a quilt, a wall hanging, a table cover. I can also see them around the border of a black linen jacket for spring or on white silk dresser scarf for that special bureau.
