Green Men are sculptures, paintings or other renderings surrounded by or made from leaves. Though seen around the world, they are frequently seen as architectural features on Churches dating back to the 11th century. They signify rebirth. This is the second in our series. Sally King has created several delightful green men using pyrography and painting. You can see this one and the others on her web site. You can use these designs as I have as one large picture, or just choose some of the designs to make a smaller finished design. There are extra designs that can be used to expand the picture.
Because there is so much emphasis now on *going green* I think these men would be fantastic designs to use on eco-friendly bags, totes, or similar projects. You will receive full instructions, patterns and thread numbers to change to the greener version shown.
