Credit Card Troubleshooting
All credit card transactions are handled through 2Checkout. This is a totally separate entity from BFC-Creations. BFC-Creations does not have access to the credit card transaction details. We are advised of a valid transaction by email then we send you an email with download links.
When you check out using your credit card you are required to enter certain information. This information must complete and accurate. Please read the instructions during check out carefully to eliminate most problems.
Here are the most common reasons supplied by 2Checkout that a credit card will be denied.
COOKIES NOT ACCEPTED To solve this problem in IE click Tools, Internet Options, click the Privacy tab and then click Advanced then click Always allow cookies sessions.
ADDRESS DECLINE The most likely reason for a failed authorization is a mismatch between the address you provided and the address on record for your credit card billing. Confirm your entered address is correct, and try again. If the problem continues, you must contact your credit card company for additional information.
C V V CODE The most likely reason for a failed authorization is a mismatch between the address, full name or the CVV code you provided, and the address, full name or CVV code on record for the credit card billing. Confirm that you have entered this information correctly, and try again.
*IMPORTANT* If you have attempted more than three times within 24 hours without success, your credit card will be banned from our system for 24 hours. Please delete the cookies and try the order again after the 24 hours.
If you still continue to receive an error message, please note the error code you are receiving. This error code will show up as UU***. The *** will be a three digit number. For example UU121. Contact 2Checkout with this code and this will provide them with the information they need to tell why your credit card is being declined.
