Tell your AOL customers to open AOL, then click on the "Settings" icon in the toolbar at the top of the page. When the "Settings Main" window opens, scroll down to "E - E-Mail Settings" Click on E-Mail Settings. When the E-Mail settings window opens, tell them to make sure that the box next to "Hide images & disable links in mail from unknown senders" is NOT checked. |

The viewing area for their emails to say the least is small and if the link is long, then only a part of the link will be "linkable"
If the link is wrapped (not on one line) you may have to copy the link and paste it into your browser's address window. Make sure you copy all of the link! You may have to paste the link into a text editor(notepad) and put the link on one line then copy again and paste that into the browser's address window. |

I know that when I get mail with links attached, I have to check the show images and enable links on the top of the mail. Also, it may depend on what version they have. |

Most modern email software packages automatically convert Internet addresses (links) into clickable links. This means that when somebody sends you a message saying:
"Check out the great tips at http://www.BFC-Creations.com/"
...your email software will convert the text into a link that can be clicked on, like this:-
"Check out the great tips at http://www.BFC-Creations.com"
Unfortunately, the software supplied to some AOL users does not work like this. So when you send email to somebody on AOL (somebody@aol.com) they will have to manually cut-and-paste or retype the link in order to go to the site.
If the links you receive from BFC-Creations do not work copy the entire link and paste it into your browser's address window. You will have to copy each link separately. One for the design files and one for the color charts (if there is one)
